HARWICH — Harwich fire officials responded to The Royal at Harwich Village assisted living facility after a report of a fire Saturday, according to Harwich fire Capt. Donald Parker.Firefighters responded at 8 p.m. to the rear of the building at 328 Bank St., he said.Parker said there was nobody inside the building at the time of the fire, which officials believe was caused by mulch, Parker said.
