OAK BLUFFS – A Brazilian man who was working in Oak Bluffs and wanted on a murder charge in Brazil was returned to his home country on Tuesday by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to a statement from the agency.Dorviro Rocha-Ribeiro, a 47-year-old citizen of Brazil, was arrested in Oak Bluffs on May 9 by ICE officials. He had an active warrant in Brazil for murder and illegally entered the U.S. after he had already been removed in 2003, the statement says. [...]
