ORLEANS — After a citizen complained, a state inspector has asked the town to better cover a pile of debris tainted with asbestos at the closed Tri-Town Septic Treatment Facility, and to post a second asbestos warning sign, according to a state Department of Environmental Protection spokesman.On Friday a DEP inspector found a covered, 80-cubic-yard pile of concrete and asbestos-tainted sealant with a warning sign posted nearby on a fence, agency spokesman Joseph Ferson said.
