PROVINCETOWN — Ten white-sided dolphins were released at Herring Cove Beach Tuesday, out of fourteen that stranded earlier in the day in South Wellfleet, according to the International Fund for Animal Welfare.The marine animal rescuers were called at 5:50 a.m. to marshy areas near Blackfish Creek, Drummer Cove and Old Wharf Road.
