ORLEANS — A 27-year-old Wellfleet man pleaded not guilty in Orleans District Court Tuesday to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury after he allegedly hit another man over the head with a blunt object in Truro on June 23.According to a Truro police report, the victim said Joseph Buckley allegedly approached him from the rear as he was preparing for a possible fight with another man.
