HYANNIS — A Centerville man was arrested and charged with trafficking heroin early Thursday morning after a traffic stop by state police.Nicholas Hubbard, 37, was also charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of Xanax, and was cited for motor vehicle violations, according to a statement from state police.
