An environmental law firm with a history of taking legal action in an attempt to reduce the pollution of Cape Cod waters has notified two popular Harwich resorts of its intent to sue them for what the organization says are violations of the federal Clean Water Act.The latest threatened suit by the Conservation Law Foundation seeks to force the resorts to secure a federal wastewater discharge permit to deal with what the groump says are significant amounts of nitrogen flowing from the [...]
