SPRINGFIELD, N.J. — New Jersey State Police have identified the two men who were killed when their plane went down on its way to Cape Cod.The plane’s owner and pilot - Robert Winner, 69, of Marlton, New Jersey - and co-pilot Timothy Scannevin, 71, of Southampton, New Jersey, died in the crash Wednesday morning, according to New Jersey State Police Lt.
