NAUSET — Four kayakers had to be rescued Tuesday when they became stranded inside Nauset inlet, according to Eastham fire officials.Rescue crews responded to call from the kayakers at 6:35 p.m. after they launched out of Hemenway Landing and couldn’t make their way back, said Eastham firefighter Kyle Morse.“There was a lot of wind and sometimes the current and wind make it hard to paddle,” he said. “They couldn’t get back.“The kayakers [...]
