NANTUCKET – The Coast Guard medevaced a 77-year-old man from the cruise ship Norwegian Dawn Thursday approximately 12 miles outside Boston Harbor. A crewmember aboard the cruise ship called the Coast Guard Sector Boston Command Center and reported they were about 60 miles southeast of Nantucket with a passenger suffering from signs of cardiac distress.
