ORLEANS — A 28-year-old Wellfleet woman who was accused of stabbing a man in the back and puncturing his lung Monday night was ordered held on $5,000 bail Tuesday in Orleans District Court.Michelle Corrigan pleaded not guilty in court to assault and battery with serious bodily injury.At about 7:35 p.m. Monday, police and fire officials were called to a home at 2591 Route 6, according to a police report.
