PROVINCETOWN — A 67-year-old man living in a wooded camp off Route 6 was held on bail Wednesday in Orleans District Court after pleading not guilty to charges of assault and battery, strangulation or suffocation and animal cruelty, according to court documents.On Sept. 8, Thomas Czyoski allegedly grabbed a woman at the camp by her throat, a police report stated.
