YARMOUTH PORT — A 20-year-old Dennis man pleaded not guilty Monday in Barnstable District Court to drunken driving after allegedly crashing a car into a tree and leaving the scene.Nicholas Harrington was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage, according to court documents.Yarmouth police officers responded to a call for a motor vehicle crash at around 11 a.m. [...]
