FALMOUTH — A Falmouth man was ordered held without bail after allegedly getting into a car crash under the influence of drugs while he was free on bail for a drug distribution charge.Damian E. Andrews, 33, of Gifford Street, pleaded not guilty Friday in Falmouth District Court to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation, according to court documents.Andrews was in a car crash on [...]
