WOODS HOLE — The Coast Guard rescued five people off a burning boat south of a Duke’s County island Sunday morning.The fire was called in by a good Samaritan at 10 a.m., according to the U.S. Coast Guard. The 32-foot boat, Finale, was located 18 miles south of Nomans Land, a 628-acre National Wildlife Refuge located three miles from Martha’s Vineyard.A 47-foot motor lifeboat was launched from Station Menemsha.
