FALMOUTH — A Bourne man was arraigned Tuesday in Falmouth District Court, facing his third OUI and other charges.Cye Andrade, 52, was charged with OUI liquor, third offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a class B drug, and no inspection/sticker, according to court documents.
